CHRISTMAS BRUNCH: Childcare Volunteers


Thank you for volunteering for this special event! We wouldn’t have the ability to serve our Fostering Together families without each of you giving of your time and abilities.

  • Arrival & Check-In (8:45–9:00 a.m.): The event will take place at North Point Community Church, 4350 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30022. Please use the Theater portico entrance (which is on the left side of the church). Upon your arrival, check in at the volunteer table. You will receive your t-shirt, nametag and volunteer assignment for the day.

  • Volunteer Meeting (9:00 a.m.): After you’ve been directed to your Volunteer Central (either Waumba Land or UpStreet) and changed into your new t-shirt, we will have a brief meeting to go over a few housekeeping items for the day. Please make sure you don’t miss this!

  • Event Begins (9:30 a.m.): Brunch attendees will begin checking in and dropping their children off.

  • Childcare Pick-up (12:15 p.m.): Event will end and attendees will be dismissed to pick up their children. Please have all children packed up, shoes on, diapers changed before this time so that they’re ready to go!

  • Clean Up & Event Ends (1:00 p.m.): Please return room to pre-event condition, take out trash, and bring any leftover supplies to Volunteer Central for sorting.
